We believe it is important to have our credential available for every customer to see. We pride ourselves in keeping our licensing current and keeping our inspectors and exterminators correctly and legally licensed as well as current on industry required training and continuing education.
Alliance Inspectors are licensed in the state of Texas through the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). We also have accreditation through the Texas Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Services, and the Texas Department of Insurance.
Several of the company’s employees are Licensed Insurance Adjusters. Once you see hundreds of buildings structural failure caused by “Mother Nature” you truly never look at construction the same.
