Inspecting the Foundation
When your Alliance Inspector inspects the foundation of any structure, he will inspect for any movement of the foundation, no matter the type of foundation. Water penetration, plumbing leaks, improper grading, water ponding and erosion are all checked. If any of these repair conditions are found, they are reported.
