When your Alliance Inspector inspects a pool or spa the type and condition of construction is reported as is the condition of copings, decks, slides, steps, diving boards, drains, skimmers, valves, lights, pumps, etc.
Here is a cracked skimmer that could go unnoticed by the untrained eye, but not by the Alliance Inspector.
