Inspecting the Structure
When your Alliance Inspector inspects the structural integrity of any structure, the visible structure will be inspected. There are places in a house where the structure is visible- such as the attic and the crawl space.
Other areas such as walls and plumbing are covered and cannot be seen. This does not mean that problems cannot be detected! Walls provide talltale signs of structural problems by displaying cracks. Doors fail to open and close properly. Stains on wall surfaces and ceilings indicate water damage. Your Alliance inspector is trained to investigate thoroughly and determine any issues with your structure.
